The length of a massage session ranges from 5 to 30 minutes or longer. During a 5, 10 or 15 minutes session, the therapist will focus on relieving muscle tension in your neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. If you’d like more time spent on one specific area, just let the therapist know. A 20 or 30 minute session allows the massage therapist do in-depth work on your neck, shoulders, back, arms & hands. Any specific areas of concern can be thoroughly addressed.
